A Little Bit About This Project
In early 2007 I had the good fortune of travelling to Antarctica on a photographic expedition with a group of world renowned photographers. This adventure was my first real foray into the world of ‘serious’ photography and changed the direction of my photographic ‘career’. When I was contemplating a theme for this 2nd charity calendar, someone suggested icebergs. Good idea, I thought, as it would give me a chance to revisit this special trip for a good cause. I expanded the image selection to include some wildlife images to appeal to a wider audience. The calendar includes some new images and some old favourites reworked. I had some fun putting everything together and have to thank Reg Stanton at McCallum Printing for his valuable assistance. Lot’s of other people to thank and I think you know who you are.
Most importably, thank you for supporting my 2016 Charity Calendar Project. All of the profits from the sale of this calendar will directly support two different worthy causes. One-half will go to helping those in need in Nicaragua where I will be travelling in 2016 to do volunteer dental work. The other half will go to a local cause. Click on this link to help me decide on the local cause: vote for charity recipient.
