We try and keep galleries up as long as possible. Storage & maintenance dictate that eventually the galleries will have to be archived. If your gallery has been archived, fear not (at least not yet)! Contact us and we'll see what can be done.

Generally speaking, we'll crop and optimally expose each image. Some of the galleries allow for you to make your own crops.
Depending on the event, we may process your prints ourselves or use reputable professional labs. Either way, we take great pride in presenting to you a quality product. If you're not happy for any reason, contact us and we'll see what can be done.
